meh

weekend was good, from the standpoint that i had a lot of fun, went to a formal, and hung out with the BF.
it was bad from the standpoint that I pretty much shoved anything and everything into my widew open trap and didn't bother to really care.

1st GW: 140

Intake: cup of coffee, 2 slices of pizza (mostly veggie, and kinda small), green tea supplements, Sea Thin, and water pills
Outtake: nothing, but i did haul around a bunch of my stuff, and I have to wander down campus to the Eng building to turn in a paper, and to check the mail-it's finals week and I'm mainly going to be sitting around, studying.

UPDATE: brisk walk, with stairs, onto campus- was hot and sweaty when i returned (duh, fat kids sweat) but felt good to get moving.



UPDATE II: so tired. studying all day, feeling sick, just want to sleep

epic FAIL!

Consumed: turkey sammie with cheese, but has pickles, cucumbers, and onions + bag o' chippies
Gine&tonic + whatever the hell a Green Lantern is

ok, the green lantern thingy was delish, but the calories!

help me start to make healthier choices Lord.

UPDATE: had cup of br rice, and 5 bites (small) of a porkchop. plus water
figure I can have a lean hot pocket late if I get nibbly

UPDATE: bowl of cereal took the place of the hot pocket. FAIL!
I'm not allowed to eat after 8pm
A cup of Earl Grey should help with the hunger

one of those really hard things

Well, the good news is that I am totally in love with my boyfriend. He is literally one of the most amazing men on the face of the earth, besides my Dad that is. Sweet, loving, and charming, but not in a fake way. There cannot be a mean bone in his body. Seriously. I am thrilled and lucky to be with him, and the best part is that he feels the same way about me.

Bad news: I've gotten pretty chubby lately and I can't seem to jump start myself into eating healthier and losing the weight in a healthy way. I'm on SeaThin and Green Tea supplements, which really help with my energy levels, but I can't control what's going in my mouth it seems. I've tried writing down what I eat each day, but it just seems like it's throwing my food in my face when I eat something bad.
I think, scratch that, I am going to fast tomorrow and Friday, just to gain some control. Plus there's a formal dance for the sorority on Saturday, and I'd like to be/look a few pounds thinner before that occurs. I weighed in on Monday at 150.7 and I'd like to try to be around 140 before I go home for Christmas hols and about 135 when I return to school next January. So, that would mean losing 10 pounds in 10 days, so I need to fast to jump start this. I'm considering a Brown Rice Diet for the last 8 days, but I have to be sure that I'm getting enough energy so I can studystudy for my finals next week. Insanity, I know, but I'm going to try. Even if I can't lose all 10 pounds and I just drop a little weight, that's better than nothing.
So here goes. Wish me luck!
