small/med/large frame: small, according the the "wrist" test
Long-term weight goal: 128-133, with 133 being my high weight
short-term weight goal: to get out of the 140s
main diet goal: to lose the extra weight/fat i'm carrying around, to help out my knees

main exercise goal: tone/tighten/abs of steel

calories a day: between 0 and 800, with 800 being high
exercise, days a week: right now, every day. at school, 6 days a week
what type of exercise do you do: elliptical, abs, running
how fast do you lose weight: as of now, about 2 pounds a day
how fast do you want to lose weight: about 3 to 4 pounds a week

when do you want to reach your weight goal: next december i need to be maintaining between 128 and 131
why do you want to lose weight: be healthy, help my knees, look good in everything i try on, be envied, make my boyfriend drool
